2. What data we collect and why
Email address
When you register, we collect your email address. We use it to send you access to the program and occasional service-related messages. Legal basis: performance of a contract (delivering the service you signed up for).
Name
Optional. If you provide it, we use it to personalise messages. Legal basis: legitimate interest (improving communication quality).
Onboarding responses
During setup, we ask about your schedule (wake and sleep times) and how you're feeling. This information is stored locally in your browser only and is never transmitted to our servers.
Mood log
Your daily mood check-ins are stored locally in your browser (localStorage). They do not leave your device. We do not have access to this data.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
Push notification token
If you grant permission, we store a Firebase Cloud Messaging token to send you daily reminders. This token is stored locally in your browser. You can revoke permission at any time through your device settings.
3. How we store your data
Your email address is stored with MailerLite, our email service provider, located in the United States. MailerLite participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Their privacy policy is available at mailerlite.com.
All other personal data — mood logs, schedule preferences, listening history — is stored exclusively in your browser's localStorage. It never leaves your device and we have no access to it.
We do not use cookies for tracking or analytics.
4. How long we keep your data
We retain your email address for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we will remove it within 30 days.
Local browser data (mood log, preferences) remains on your device until you clear your browser storage or uninstall the app.
5. Your rights
Under GDPR and UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict processing
- Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@limenbridge.cc. We will respond within 30 days.
